Skype has launched its Internet calling application on Android phones, the company said Tuesday. Owners of mobile phones based on Android will be able to use Skype to make phone calls using either a WiFi or cellular data connection. Skype is already available for iPhone. On Android phones, users can place free Skype-to-Skype calls and also can pay for fixed or mobile phones.
